Musikk.me (“Musikk”, the “Platform”), a trademark owned by Clicksound Ltd., is a digital platform which offers various resources for the music sector. CLICKSOUND LTD. (“Clicksound”, “we”, “us”, “our”), as the legal owner of the data, operates our site, our site for mobile phones and applications associated with our services (collectively, our “Site”).

By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy and our practices for the collection and management of the information.

These terms inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure and storage of Personal Information we receive from you and its deletion rights.

All the collected information is used solely for commercial, after-sales and advertising purposes and only if you scpecifically mark this option. Any information about you can be deleted at your express request.

In representation of the company, we process the information you give us to provide and bill the requested services. The provided data will be stored as long as the business relationship lasts or as long as necessary to comply with the legal obligation. Your data is confidential and will not be released to third parties, except when we are legally obliged to do so. You have the right to know if your Personal Information is being processed by CLICKSOUND LTD., to request access to your personal data or its rectification should it be incorrect and to request its removal when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

POTENTIAL CLIENT DATA PROCESSING

In representation of the company, we process the information you give us to send you advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email or phone) and to invite you to events organized by the company. The provided data will be stored until you request to cease the activity. Your data is confidential and will not be released to third parties, except when we are legally obliged to do so. TRADE CONDITIONS

Introduction

The following terms and conditions will be implemented to sell goods on this website to any legal person.

By placing an order at CLICKSOUND LTD., directly or under Musikk.me trademark, the Client agrees to the acceptance of all General Trade Conditions described herein. In addition, the Client agrees that by accepting these conditions they will be applicable to the current order and to any order placed hereafter, except if the Client is informed of new conditions by CLICKSOUND LTD.

Governing law and jurisdiction: the interpretation and performance of the conditions and any consequent acts shall be subject to Spanish law, except if there are any contrary regulations of public interest.

1- Free subscription plan

Musikk offers various free services. The user subscribed to the free plan can use these functions and the platform will expressly inform the user about which services are free and which must be paid for.

Musikk reserves the right to transfer a function from free to chargeable or to cancel it with prior notice and without the right to indemnification. The user will be notified by email and through alerts in the user panel. Said function will be available for three months since the notification and after that the user will have to notify his/her acceptance or rejection of the new condition. Otherwise, access to the free function will be denied or cancelled.

2- Paid subscription plan

Musikk offers different paid subscription plans in accordance with the functions of the platform. The paid subscription plan is linked to the functions of the platform and will be renewed automatically every year. Renewal notifications of the subscription plan will be sent one month, fifteen days, three days and one day before the expiration date. Once the subscription has expired, the service will remain active for three days, after which the payment functions will be deactivated.

Failure of the subscription plan payment will result in cancellation of the services and only the free subscription plan functions will be available.

3- Price

The prices on this website are shown in EUROS and are valid abstent manifest error. All prices include the Value Added Tax applicable on the day the order is placed. Any change of the VAT rates will be implemented automatically on the available products.

4- Payment methods

Before placing an order, the Client can freely choose the payment method for the goods on Musikk: PayPal, credit/debit card (POS), etc.

5- Cancellation

Musikk reserves the right to cancel the user’s account for inappropriate or offensive use, without the right to indemnification.

You can cancel any payment upon 15 days notice by sending an email with the request and the entire amount will be returned via same method of payment.

By default, the invoices will be sent to the Client email address provided in the moment of the subscription upon written request by sending an email.

Musikk is not liable for the malfunction of the platform and it does not imply the cancellation/indemnification for the paid plan.
